The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited for project management, development, fabrication, travel, and installation of interactive audio-visual exhibit and supporting material surrounding the Navy’s 250th birthday events. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Subpart 13.106 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Service. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a SF1449 will not be issued. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-07 and DFARS Change Notice 20250117.
