The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with AssetWorks Inc. to provide Fleet Maintenance Data System to Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command. The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price type order. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with AssetWorks Inc. under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 513210. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 18 September 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The submission of this announcement is for the purposes of compliance with FAR 5.205. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the government to procure or compete for any services or supplies. The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, BUMED Directorate is seeking information, from responsible sources, to gain knowledge of potential qualified business sources capable of providing the following software systems: Fleet and Fuel Management Systems The above supplies are manufactured by Hamilton Company. The supplies shall be furnished new. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) considered for this effort is 513210, Software Publishers. The SBA business size is $30M. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the FLC Norfolk BUMED Directorate. Product and company information, CAGE code, and Small Business status must be submitted email to jorge.e.candelabocanegra.civ@us.navy.mil. Submissions shall be received by 4:00 PM, Eastern Time, 12 June 2025 and shall not exceed two pages. This RFI is only for market research purposes. This RFI does not constitute a request for proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this RFI marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government.
