All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ----- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION prepared in accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items,” in conjunction with FAR Part 15 “Contracting by Negotiation” procedures, as prescribed by FAR 12.203.
