This is a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine the availability of potential sources capable of providing professional services in the areas of administrative, technical, analytical, systems engineering, financial management, information technology, logistics and program management support services to ASN (RDNA). The contractor will provide the required levels of experience and qualifications in administration, technical, analytical, systems engineering, financial management, information technology, logistics, and program management support to ASN (RDNA). The contractor will provide fully qualified backfills for any position vacant due to extended personal leave, administrative leave, or other long-term absence to ensure there is no extended gap in required support. SECRET clearances are required to perform all tasks with TOP SECRET clearances required for Foreign Investment Review (FIR) support. Etter Awards Support - Functional/Program Analyst - Strategic Cell/Public Affairs - Functional/Program Analyst - Acquisition Policy - Functional/Program Analyst - Acquisition Data Scientist - Functional/Program Analyst - Industry Engagement - Executive Support Administrator - DON Foreign Investment Review (FIR) Analyst - Financial Analyst - Systems Engineer - Surge Labor Subject Matter Expert (SME) This requirement has historically been sourced to Strategic Insight Ltd, most recently under contract N0018920F3046. Market research shows that there may be numerous companies, both large and small, possessing the capabilities required to provide the aforementioned services. The anticipated period of performance for this contract is 16 September 2025 through 15 September 2030. The North American Industry Classification (NACIS) code for this is 541611. Interested offerors possessing the ability to provide the services listed herein are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis by providing their capability information via the submission of an executive summary, no more than one (1) page in length.
