REQUIREMENT: Naval Computer Telephone Area Master Station (NCTAMS) Atlantic (LANT) Base Communications Offices (BCO) at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY), Kittery, ME, Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI and Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT is seeking information on services from Contractor personnel that have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the telecommunications industry and have a working knowledge of Avaya Communications systems. The contractor shall manage BCO customer service desks as required. This consists of monitoring a base phone number all customers use to report lines in trouble and/or voicemail resets. The contractor shall provide Cable Plant support which includes maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of cables. All necessary tools to complete the work shall be provided by the contractor. The anticipated contract type is a Firm, Fixed Price.
