The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pentagon Directorate, intends to solicit a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of Access to Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) for the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC), Navy Talent Acquisitions Group (NTAG) - Phoenix, AZ; utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Playfly LLC (CAGE: 9NKZ2). The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 13,106(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued.
