This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both SAM Contract Opportunities (https://sam.gov/) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, BUMED/FM and C Directorate, intends to procure commercial supplies, Liquid Nitrogen, in support of the Naval Dosimetry Center located in Bethesda, MD. The solicitation, Request for Quotations (RFQ) N0018925QZ474, is included as an attachment to this synopsis. Any questions in response to the solicitation are due no later than 1200 EST on 15 AUG 2025. All quotes in response to RFQ N0018925QZ474 shall be submitted to Kimberly Mrasek at kimberly.m.mrasek.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 1200 EST on 20 August 2025. Only electronic submissions are permitted. The issuance of a Firm, Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order is anticipated. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code are 6830 and 325120.
