NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contract Department Regional Directorate located at 700 Robbins Ave Building 2B Philadelphia PA 19111 intends to acquire the furnishing, installation, and programming of a keyless security access system and secured door lock mechanisms on behalf of the Navy Reserves Center (NRC) Earle for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition is being set aside for small businesses. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. The Small Business Office concurs with this determination.
