This is a sole source solicitation and the only RFQ for this requirement to procure Event Activation and On-Site Access, Media and Branding Benefits, Email Marketing, Social Media Integration and Collaboration Opportunities with 3STEP Sports, the largest and most connected youth sports organization in the United States. This RFQ includes all the applicable FAR., DFARs, and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated purchase order. It is the government’s intention to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis with 3STEP Sports. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541890 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19 million. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price to provide thirty-five (35) tournament-based sporting events with 3STEP Sports, the largest and most connected youth sports organization in the United States. The Government will not pay or reimburse the offeror/quoter for any submission. The Period of Performance is anticipated to start 2 June 2025 through 1 June 2026.
