The requirement is in support of Naval Station Great Lakes, IL Unaccompanied Housing Program. The period of performance will be for one year starting no later than 01 September 2025. This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5. The primary place of performance is at Naval Station Great Lakes, IL. This synopsis shall be posted on NECO and the System of Award (SAM) website. The RFQ number is N0018925QG096. The NAICS code is 532210. This requirement is being advertised as a total small business set-aside. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to the NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil) website and at the System of Award (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) website. This will be a follow-on contract to the current contract N0018920PZ251 that was awarded Diversified Service Contracting, Inc. All responsible sources interested in submitting a response shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through the final payment of any resultant contract from the expected solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will automatically make an offer ineligible for award. Payment will be made with Wide Area Work Flow. NOTE-No response is required to this synopsis.
