This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both SAM.gov and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N0018925QG075. It is the responsibility of the vendor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 721110 and the Small Business Standard is $40,000,000. The requirement is 100 percent Small Business set aside and the Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside determination. Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO) is a program sponsored by the United States Navy Chief of Chaplains that offers transformational retreat-based and non-retreat events designed to assist Sailors and their families in developing the spiritual resources and resiliency necessary to excel in the military environment. Since 1971, CREDO has offered spiritual, personal, and relational growth opportunities to enhance the lives and service of participants. CREDO provides commanders with a key resource by which to care for and strengthen their Sailors and families. The CREDO Program requires 12 Personal Resiliency Workshops at 4-Star Rated (or current member of the Diamond Collection or Select Registry) hotel, conference center or inn located in the Virgina Beach Town Center area for workshops in support of its mission. The facility shall be suitable, appropriate, fitting and conducive for the purposes listed herein: The facility shall have a meeting space suitable for Workshop Purposes, Wi-Fi internet access free of charge, elevator for a facility more than two-stories, free parking or parking rate for one vehicle per participant, a full service restaurant and/or on-site catering and access to a lounge sufficient to accommodate at least 32 people. The facility shall provide 2 meals (hot food items and buffet style) during the retreat, breakfast served no later than 8:00am and lunch served no later than 11:30am. One full-day (7:30am-4:00pm) beverage service including regular and decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, sodas, juice and water.
