The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton office intends to solicit a single award contract with firm-fixed-price provisions and brand name only for a GlycoCheck System AR as stated in the solicitation N0018925QG067. The requirement is in support of Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) Groton CT. This is a synopsis for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the information in FAR 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13. This requirement is being advertised as a brand name only from the OEM (Bioregenx) authorized sellers. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. Vendors are required to return a signed solicitation along with their quote to Larissa.v.benoit.civ(at)us.navy.mil. Any questions shall be sent electronically to the identified email address aforementioned. All responsible sources interested in submitting a response shall have an active registration in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any resultant contract from the expected solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will automatically make an offer ineligible for award. Payment will be submitted thru Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
