The requirement is 100 percent Small Business Set Aside. NSSF R-6 Division, 64A work center is tasked with providing multiple submarine staging and scaffolding support systems and dry-dock working platforms. Every year the EPA cites the staging as an environmental hazard due to rain washing the zinc molecules off the staging, into the Thames River. A temporary staging storage area structure will solve this problem. R6 desires to purchase a 147FT long X 44F wide X 24 FT tall temporary storage structure to be assembled north of the BLDG 17 parking lot.
