This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies, prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” and FAR Part 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures,” as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. The RFQ number is N0018925Q0437. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 (effective 17 January 2025) and DFARS Publication Notice 20250117 (effective 17 January 2025). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334511 and the Small Business Standard is $16.5 (millions of dollars). The proposed contract action is for supplies, which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm, Fixed Price contract to one source only, The Dewey Electronics Corporation, in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). All responsible quoters may identify their interest and capability in a response to this solicitation or in a proposal submission. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Small Business Office concurs with this determination. The anticipated delivery date is approximately 30 weeks after date of contract. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is being processed pursuant to the policies and procedures of FAR Part 13, “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. To the extent that the terms appear in the solicitation, the terms “RFP”, “OFFER”, “PROPOSAL”, and “OFFEROR” shall mean “RFQ”, “SUBMISSION”, “QUOTE” and “QUOTER”, respectively. This announcement will close at 1300 EST on Tuesday, 12 August 2025.
