(3) Price quotes will be due on the closing date of subject RFQ and must be held firm for thirty (30) days (4) Quoters shall submit any terms and conditions, licensing agreements, terms of service, or any other documents that are required for the requirements in the solicitation to be met with the quote. QUESTIONS: Quoters may submit questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements via email to the contract specialist, claudette.j.jones.civ@us.navy.mil.. It is requested that all questions be received NO LATER THAN 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST), on 15 August 2025 NOTE: Hand-carried quote will not be accepted.
