NAVY JAG is seeking to implement Parrot transcription software system with a portable all in one AV/IT Hardware Solution to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of record of trial production and transcription for court-martial proceedings and other government hearings requiring transcription within the Department of the Navy legal communities. The software will provide audio capture for all speakers and generate a draft transcript for use in official legal records in compliance with Rules for Court-Martial 1112 and 1114, Manual for Court-Martial, 2024 edition (current) and any subsequent updates.
