Naval District Washington (NDW) Operations Department requires a vendor to provide technical services for the installation and/or deinstallation of emergency response equipment, radio, radar, and decaling. The equipment and services must meet federal, state, and local laws. Emergency response vehicles include Law Enforcement, Fire, and Emergency Medical Service vehicles for the Operations Departments. NDW Region operates in and around the National Capital Region, which includes five major commands and twenty-two fence lines, located in Washington, DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. Vendor must be within 100 miles radius of NDW commands. The Government will deliver and pickup vehicles to be outfitted; however, vendor shall be able to arrange pickup/ delivery of the vehicles from the following locations listed within the PWS.
