This requirement is for the procurement of one (1) temperature control system (chiller/heater) to provide a complete, functional, and operational system that can heat or cool the thermal plate in the thermal-vacuum chamber that characterizes, tests, and qualifies (for launch) small satellites and miniature electric propulsion thrusters and performs basic plasma physics experiments at the Space Systems and Engineering laboratory at the United States Naval Academy.
