This requirement is for the procurement of a digital image correlation turnkey package for underwater analysis to be used for research projects investigating the displacement and deformation of underwater structures and vessels per the Statement of Work included within the attached Combined Synopsis. This is a sole-source requirement (see attached Sole Source Justification). Questions and quotes in response to this notice shall be submitted to Contract Specialist Ashley Steele at ashley.n.steele8.civ@us.navy.mil by the dates specified in the aforementioned Combined Synopsis. An amendment is added as of 5/21/25 to update the Statement of Work included in the above Combined Synopsis.
