The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, 1968 Gilbert Street Suite 600, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice is a request for competitive quotations under solicitation N0018925Q0262 which may be submitted via SAM or email. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339999. The solicitation is for the acquisition of simulators and cutaway models, in support of classroom training at the Center for Surface Combat Systems. The anticipated date of award is on or about 5/28/2025. The delivery date will be determined by vendor lead times. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
