This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this is N0018925Q0254 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed acquisition is for the procurement of a Parts and Logistics Management System, in support of the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. The anticipated coverage period will include three (3) 12-month base units with four (4) options, and up to a six (6) month coverage extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-7. Please see the table below for coverage periods. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210 with a small business size standard of $47,000,000.
