The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition and FAR 19.502-2 Total Small Business Set-Asides. The government intend to procure Rental and Servicing of Portable Toilet and Hand Washing Stations, in support of the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) in Pearl Harbor, HI. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order with a period of one (1) base year with four (4) option years and a six (6) month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The associated NAICS code is 562991 with a small business size standard of $9,000,000. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 28 May 2025, by downloading the documents at the SAM website as follows: http://www.sam.gov.Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor is self-certifying they are not currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to consider the quote for award. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
