The proposed contract action for serivces and supplies to procure an Acoustic Modem System on behalf of the United States Naval Academy for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. The Small Business Office concurs with this determination.
