This action is for the award of a sole source firm-fixed priced contract to Delphinus Engineering, Inc., 3803 WEST CHESTER PIKE STE 190 NEWTOWN SQUARE PA 19073-2335 610-874-9160 x237 Cage 08LQ0 utilizing the authority of Other Than Full and Open Competition as permitted by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, since there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a sole source bridge action for the continuation of HQ Maintenance support services. The scope of this requirement is to provide SURFLANT HQ a near real time view of Navy ships readiness conditions as well as a comprehensive picture of current and projected maintenance requirements for all SURFLANT subordinate commands. The Contractor also supports all facets of HQ IT Maintenance Support (Network Security, Physical Security, Administration, Operations, Compliance and Assessment). The requirement also provides support of SURFLANT’s mission to provide ongoing Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems and Intelligence (C5I) system life cycle engineering, technical, maintenance and computer resource management services for SURFLANT HQ, including all subordinate commands. This action is to provide interim support, while a competitive follow-on contract can be competed. This action will provide the support services for a period of twelve (12) months beginning 1 March 2025 and ending 28 February 2026. PSC: R425 NAICS 541330
