The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Marrick Corp, to install and weld five (5) storage lockers (Hatchbox”E” Inserts) into five (5) hatchboxes as well as apply a KEFA Desiccant Coating internally and externally to both hatchboxes and provide a certification of compliance of work being complete. This acquisition will be conducted using policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services; and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
