The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5, and FAR 19.1405. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Government intends to procure a base year of 12-months, four (4) 12-month option periods, as well as an option of a six-month extension of services provided under FAR 52.217-8 for manpower augmentation for construction site security surveillance services in support of P222 construction project for ACCLOGWING NS Norfolk. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561612– Security Guards and Patrol Services, the Product Service Code is R430, and the size standard is $29 million dollars.
