Scope The primary objective of this requirement is to provide USFFC with an Environmental Information Management System (EIMS) Technical Support Services. USFFC needs to acquire technical support to develop, manage, maintain, and sustain the capabilities and data of EIMS and associated applications in all its environments. Contractor personnel shall collectively possess the knowledge, skills, and experience to perform all tasks delineated in PWS Section 4. The offeror must provide documentation in the form of personnel qualifications that includes operational experience in each of the personnel requirements areas delineated in PWS Section 5. This is follow-on to Seaport task order N0018920F3015 awarded to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).
