This is a competitive full and open, firm-fixed-price (FFP) combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2. This acquisition will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial products and commercial services at FAR subpart 13.5 and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The PSC code associated with this acquisition is 7110 and NAICS code is 337214 with a small business size standard of 1,100 employees. The attached RFQ is the only one for this requirement and it includes all terms all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS, and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated contract award.
