This is a Sources Sought Notice from NAVSUP seeking information on potential firms qualified to provide Mission Planning and C-37 Dispatch Support Services in support of Commander, Naval Air Force Reserve (CNAFR). This submission of information in response to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources. A submission shall not be construed as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only and part of market research and will not be shared outside of the Government. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor responses to this announcement. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. The expected NAICS code for this procurement is 518210. Any information submitted is voluntary. It is requested that interested firms submit: (1) The name, address, phone number, email address, and CAGE code of the firm; (2) A capabilities statement including a summary of their product/service (no more than 2 pages), (3) Firm’s size status. (4) SeaPort NxG Contract holder (Yes or No). Please restrict all responses to non-proprietary information, and be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Responses are requested no later than 22 January 2024 at 1200 EST. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to John Lowney at John.C.Lowney.civ@us.navy.mil The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this notice.
