This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N0018924R0009 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-01 (effective 14 November 2023) and DFARS Publication Notice 20231025 (effective 25 October 2023). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity type contract with Firm, Fixed-Price (FFP) provisions for the provision of Competent Person Fall Protection (CPFP) Training Courses. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing required services.
