This is a SYNOPSIS that NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Norfolk (FLCN), Philadelphia Office, intends to solicit a quotation in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures in support of the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Kennedy Maritime Analysis Center (KMAC). This requirement is for technical support services for preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs for CCTV cameras, monitors, wiring, card access readers, and more between KMAC buildings 3094 and 3096 in Washington D.C. In addition, the base year will replace some equipment specified in the Performance Work Statement (attached). The applicable NAICS code and size standard is 561621 (Security Systems Services - except Locksmiths) and 25 (millions of dollars). The Government intends solicit and negotiate on a firm-fixed-priced basis through a total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. The anticipated period of performance shall include a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The base period is anticipated to start 30 September 2024. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (https://www.neco.navy.mil/) and SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/), under RFQ No. N0018924QZ519. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to perform the stated requirements attached hereto via the submission.
