This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) found at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted to both the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/) and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The reference number is N00189-24-Q-Z328. The proposed contract action is for commercial SERVICES as outlined in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711320 and the Small Business Standard is $22,000,000. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 and DFARS Change Notice 05/30/2024. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at the following websites: https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk - Pentagon Directorate intends to solicit - on behalf of Navy Recruiting Commands (NRC), NTAG - Richmond -on a sole source basis; to acquire Virginia Highschool League sponsorship - which are solely provided by PlayFly LLC. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, PlayFly LLC (CAGE: 9NKZ2), IAW FAR 13.106(b)(1). As previously stated, the required services have been determined to be only available from a single source, PlayFly LLC. Interested persons may submit a capability statement by the specified response date. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes from any source other than PlayFly LLC (CAGE: 9NKZ2). However, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received because of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Performance/Delivery: Performance is anticipated to occur at multiple geographical locations within the state of Virginia (VA) unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The anticipated period of performance is 01 August 2024 to 30 June 2025. Responsibility and Inspection: FOB Destination applies. System for Award Management (SAM).
