Combined Synopsis Solicitation Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2): (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this is stated in the posting and will be issued as an RFQ. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06. (iv) The Government intends to solicit with a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 518210 with a small business size standard of 40 million dollars. QTY: 408 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each LINE ITEM: 0002 DESCRIPTION: On-Site Shredding Services EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: On-Site Shredding Services in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS). QTY: 408 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each LINE ITEM: 0003 DESCRIPTION: On-Site Scanning - Flat Fee EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: On-Site Scanning in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS). QTY: 1 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each (vi) The Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) requires archival and historical paper documents (estimated 1,020,000 pages) to be scanned to a digital format onsite. After scanning and verification, the original paper archives and historical documentation shall be shredded onsite. (vii) FOB DESTINATION DELIVERY/POP: Performance to be completed within 150 days of award.
