The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requires Administrative Support Services for Newport, RI in accordance with the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. The type of contract has not yet been determined. This is a sources sought announcement only. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This effort is to seek out qualified sources (large or small) capable of providing the services mentioned above. Interested vendors capable of satisfying this Government need are encouraged to respond to this notice by Thursday, 25 April 2024. The submission of information is for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated. The following key information is requested: 1. Business Size and status of your company 2. Suggested North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 3. Have you performed the same or similar work in the past? 4. Have you managed a contract of this nature? 5. What are the specific technical skills your company possesses that will ensure your capability to perform the requirement? 6. Do you have the certification and personnel to provide the services sought? 7. Where is your location in relation to Naval Station Newport, RI by miles and/or driving hours radius?
