The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses (www.acquisition.gov-far) and (www.acquisition.gov-dfars) NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton, CT Office, Regional Directorate intends award a Firm Fixed-Priced Purchase Order contract for Automotive Body, Paint, Refurbishment Services for (1) Government-Owned 2K Pet-House Moving Support Structure (Trailer) to include all labor and materials at vendors facility that shall be located within (150) driving miles of Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT 06349. The estimated period of performance is 03 June 2023 to 30 August 2024. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 811121 and the Small Business Standard is 9,000,000 (millions of dollars). This acquisition is a 100 percent, Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions received concerning this solicitation after the questions receipt date. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 03 May 2024 at www.SAM.gov. The Government will award on the basis of price, unless the contracting officer is aware of past performance information related to the low-price quote-offer, which indicates that quote-offer may not represent best value. In that case, the Government reserves the right to consider the past performance of other quotes-offers, conduct a price, past performance tradeoff, and award to other than the lowest price quote-offer.
