This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-2 and DFARS Publication Notice 20230525. The proposed contract is for 38 classroom control systems in support of the United States Naval Academy, for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), total small business set-aside contract to the quoter that is most advantageous to the Government. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the required services. They are heavily used and essential to the instruction of class. The control all the audio-visual equipment in the classrooms and allow the faculty to control what is being displayed in the classroom. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on a combination of factors- Technical, price and, if necessary, past performance.
