This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this is N0018924Q0605 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-09 (iv) The Government intends firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order supplies. The associated NAICS code is 321992 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. (v) Line items are detailed as follows: LINE ITEM: 0001 DESCRIPTION: 12X20 Pressure treated wood gazebo EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: Construct a 12x20' Dutch-style wood gazebo using pressure-treated southern yellow pine. Include a heavy-duty floor with double 2x6 joists and solid 2x6 decking boards, hand railings, bench seating, and a shingled roof. Stain all wood surfaces. Provide delivery or on-site assembly, including site preparation, excavation, and leveling.
