Commander, Navy Mid-Atlantic Region (CNRMA) requires commercial pier space to Safe Haven barges and camels in the event of severe weather (Hurricane, tropical storm, North Easter’s). Berthing services include storage of miscellaneous equipment as required by CNRMA, and up to but not to exceed fourteen (14) barges and fourteen (14) camels (assets)totaling upwards of 3,156 linear feet of berthing area. The assets require docking services based on emergent severe weather conditions for up to seven (7) to ten (10) days per occurrence of weather events.
