The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited on a sole source basis with IMRA America Inc, 1044 Woodridge Ave Ann Arbor Michigan 48105 USA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 21 July 2024 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018924Q0545 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-08 and DFARS Change Notice 20240821. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 335999. The Small Business Size Standard is 600. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, IMRA America INC under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
