The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk 23511-3392, intends to award a Brand Name Firm Fixed Price Contract for JLG Crane Side Shift Carriages in support of NAVELSG. The policies and procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures will be utilized. Please see attachments for further information. Please note the solicitaiton has been amended to change the method of payment from GPC to WAWF to subsequently revise the WAWF Table information and to deselect FAR 52.232-36.
