This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a single Firm, Fixed-Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12, and FAR Subpart 13.5. Award will be made to that vendor whose quote represents the best value to the Government under the selection criteria set forth in this solicitation. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award based on initial quotes. Therefore, the vendor's initial quote should contain the vendor's best terms from a Facilities Security Clearance, Original Manufacturer Equipment and Certifications, Specification Statement, Past Performance, and Price standpoint. The internal RFQ number is N0018924Q0526. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 (effective 22 May 2024) and DFARS Publication Notice 20240425 (effective 25 April 2024). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract will be awarded from full and open competition. The Small Business Office concurs with this determination. The Government intends to award a FFP contract action from this solicitation. The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing all materials and labor for the leasing of an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or an OEM authorized distributor and service provider of the OEM Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)-certified and/or Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS)-certified Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) (i.e. copying/printing/scanning/faxing equipment) and single function printers, and technical support in various locations. All questions must be received by 1300 Eastern Time, Monday, 19 August 2024.
