This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 / 04-22-2024 and DFARS Change Notice 20240425. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The Government intends to evaluate and award a contract based on initial quote; therefore, the Quoter’s initial quote should contain the Quoter’s best terms from a price standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to award a FFP contract to other than the lowest priced vendor; award a FFP contract without exchanges; or award a FFP contract after exchanges, whichever is in the best interest of the Government. The proposed contract action is for contractor support for the drop off, servicing, and pick up of portable toilets and hand washing stations on the Marine Corps Base at Camp Lejeune, NC.
