The proposed acquisition is for art digitization services on behalf of the Naval History and Heritage Museum for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i). This requirement will be solicited on as a total small business set aside. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
