The proposed acquisition is for an annual subscription to the Encoura Data Lab on behalf of USNA at Annapolis, MD for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i). This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis with approval from the Small Business Administration to ACT/NRCCUA Encoura Data Lab. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submitproposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing responsedate will be considered by the Government.
