This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05/ 05/22/2024 (effective 22 May 2024) and DFARS Publication Notice 20240530 (effective 30 May 2024). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 532289 and the Small Business Standard is $12.5 Million. The proposed contract action is for Supplies and Equipment for USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) Return to Home Port. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is for request for competitive quotes. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date, will be considered by the Government. Note: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Quotor must be able to mobilze and set up on 11 July 2024 at Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA. The period of performance is 11 - 15 July 2024. Set up on 11 July and breakdown on 15 July. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is being process pursuant to the policies and procedures of FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures”.
