The proposed acquisition is for the design, fabrication, and install of a museum exhibit on behalf of the Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC) for which theGovernment intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i). The proposed acquisition is being solicitation as a 100% small business set aside. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submitproposals.
