Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. GENERAL Vendor are required to submit their quote directly to the contract specialist, Godfrey U Jack, at godfrey.u.jack.civ@us.navy.mil no later than June 07, 2024 at 1159. Only electronic submissions shall be accepted 1) The solicitation number for this is N0018924Q0321 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number 2022-07. 3) The Government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for services. The associated NAICS code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $35million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 4) This solicitation is restricted to those Hotel Lodgins with in 10 miles or a maximum 10 minute drive from US Naval Academy (USNA) and be able to accommodate full-size (USNA) busses conveniently for loading & unloading guests Line items are detailed as follows: LINE ITEM: 0001 DESCRIPTION: Item Description Qty Hotel Lodging and Accommodations (per attached SOW Attachment I) 1 LOT This requirement is for Hotel Lodging and Accommodations in support of the U.S. Naval Academy. The required period of performance is 21-24 July 2024.
