This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about May 30 2024 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018924Q0296 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-04 and DFARS Change Notice 20230823. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 484122. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Small Business Size Standard is $43,000,000.
