The proposed acquisition is for an annual subscription to the SciFinder Discovery Platform for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a solesource basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i). This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis with approval from the Small Business Administration to CAS, A Division of the American Chemical Society. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submitproposals.
