This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13, Simplified Procedures for Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The proposed is a contract action for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, to procure contractor services to package, crate, and prepare historical artifacts for domestic and international shipping in support of The Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC).
